This tasty smoothie gets such a great creamy and satisfying texture from the avocado. Try it out for a new favorite after school or workout snack!
Tip: Mixing in a bit of coconut oil with your Pranayums, however you choose to enjoy it, helps increase the absorption of all that great turmeric goodness too.

Ingredients you'll need:
- ½ small avocado
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- 1/4 cup blackberries
- ½ scoop Vega protein and greens powder (or your favorite)
- 1 cup almond milk (or your favorite milk)
- 1 packet Pranayums
- Blend all ingredients together
- Adjust according to your preferences
