Blackberry Avocado Smoothie

We just can't get over how awesome smoothies are! We love tossing a little bit of protein powder in with our smoothies to give them a little extra boost. This tasty smoothie gets such a great creamy and satisfying texture from the avocado. Try it out for a new favorite after school or workout snack!

Tip: Mixing in a bit of coconut oil with your Pranayums, however you choose to enjoy it, helps increase the absorption of all that great turmeric goodness too.

Yield: 2 servings

Ingredients you'll need:

  • ½ small avocado
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup blackberries
  • ½ scoop Vega protein and greens powder (or your favorite)
  • 1 cup almond milk (or your favorite milk)
  • 1 packet Pranayums


  1. Blend all ingredients together
  2. Adjust according to your preferences
  3. Enjoy!
