Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

I love having this smoothie as a post-workout snack. It helps curb my immediate hunger and boosts my energy for the rest of the day. It also helps me wake up from the drowsy mid-afternoon slump in my energy during long days behind the computer!

Serves: 1

Ingredients you'll need:

  • 8 oz Almond Milk
  • 1 packet Pranayums
  • 1 Tbsp of your favorite protein powder
  • ½ Banana
  • 1 Tbsp Peanut Butter

Instructions:

  1. Pour almond milk and banana into blender, blend well
  2. Add 1 packet Pranayums, protein powder and peanut butter, continue to blend
  3. Add more almond milk if you like!
