I love having this smoothie as a post-workout snack. It helps curb my immediate hunger and boosts my energy for the rest of the day. It also helps me wake up from the drowsy mid-afternoon slump in my energy during long days behind the computer!
Serves: 1
Ingredients you'll need:
- 8 oz Almond Milk
- 1 packet Pranayums
- 1 Tbsp of your favorite protein powder
- ½ Banana
- 1 Tbsp Peanut Butter
Instructions:
- Pour almond milk and banana into blender, blend well
- Add 1 packet Pranayums, protein powder and peanut butter, continue to blend
- Add more almond milk if you like!
