A tart, rich, spiced avocado dip that takes no time at all. Greek yogurt gives it a great texture and a slight tart flavor that pairs well with lots of foods! It goes great on any Mexican inspired dishes, with salsa and chips, and on sandwiches.
Ingredients You’ll Need:
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 large garlic clove, peeled and chopped
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- Juice of one lime
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 packet Pranayums (approx. 1 tsp)
- salt, to taste
Instructions:
- Place garlic, avocado, and Greek yogurt into a food processor and blend until very smooth.
- Add lime juice and salt, a bit at a time, until tasting as you go.
- Add cumin and packet of Pranayums, sprinkling in a little at a time.
- Serve right away!
- If you need to refrigerate the dip and serve later, place a piece of plastic wrap directly on the surface of the crema and make sure there’s no surface exposed to air.
- Stir before serving.
